Blochaus Art Gallery

The Blochaus is a contemporary art gallery located in Newburyport, MA. In 2020, our Canal Street building in Lawrence was sold and we decided to relocate. We followed the Merrimack River out to the mouth and found an incredible industrial storefront at 74 Water Street in Newburyport, MA. Our intent was to design a micro version of Blochaus 1.0. We have continued to promote, and showcase established contemporary artists we love alongside emerging up-and-comers, and we now feature a variety of artist prints, goods, and accessories. Our inspiring new space promotes and hosts art openings, curated experiences, live music, special events, movie productions, and photoshoots. Our goal is, as ever, to bring people together in the name of art.
