Joanne Morris, a NBPT resident for 20 years, has been associated with the NBPT Documentary Film Festival for 15 years and Executive Director for the last nine years.  She is the owner of Joanne Morris Events, LLC, a corporate event planning company and has worked in the healthcare industry for 25 years.  She has a graduate degree in Filmmaking from Boston University College of Communication.

In addition to his role as Program Director and events moderator for the NBPTDocuFest, James Sullivan is a non-fiction author, longtime Boston Globe contributor and freelance journalist. He has served as an editor for Rolling Stone magazine and a consultant for Pandora and SiriusXM. He is the co-founder of Lit Crawl Boston and a professor in the Journalism department at Emerson College.
